Delivered in partnership with MPA, Davenport Campbell, and THERE, this workspace has been thoughtfully designed to boost productivity while offering rich sensory appeal. Every element of the design works together to create an environment that is both functional and welcoming.
Central to this vision is the wayfinding system, which features curved aluminium wrapping around timber laminate panels. Raised level numbers and tactile messaging guide users effortlessly through the space, blending form and function with subtle elegance.
Large-scale maps displayed throughout the level further support navigation, helping users orient themselves quickly and confidently. These complement the other wayfinding features, creating a seamless and intuitive journey.
Accessibility is a key priority, with braille and tactile elements integrated into room names and key wayfinding points. This ensures that everyone, regardless of visual ability, can navigate the space with ease.
Privacy is thoughtfully addressed through rippled glazing film applied across key areas. This allows natural light to permeate while softly obscuring views, creating an open, bright environment that balances individual focus with collaboration.
Completing the design, the lobbies feature large-scale textured wallpapers by local artists in bold colours. These artworks add warmth and personality, celebrating creativity and giving the space a distinct sense of place.
